Return Policy
We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase from 2-G Wine Designs. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, your purchase must be returned within 14 days*. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. *Orders returned after 14 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. *Orders returned after 14 days qualifies for merchandise credit only or exchange only. - Please note that custom made items are non-returnable.
- All returns / exchanges must be in original box including all packaging materials and accessories.
- Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, FedEx or US Postal or by the manner in which you received it. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
- Any return received damaged or missing pieces will not be accepted.

At first inspection of damage please contact 2-G Wine Designs at (713) 510-5195, 6 days a week 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, or by email at jrett@2gwinedesigns.com so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
